Questions about the generator
Is the generator really free?
Yes. Creating, copying and downloading the signature is free and needs no account. See the pricing page for what is planned after the launch.
Where is my signature stored?
Only in this browser (localStorage), nothing is sent to our servers. If you clear the browser data or switch to another device, the draft is gone, so keep the downloaded .htm file. Saving to an account is coming.
Can I upload my photo or logo?
Not yet, image upload is coming. For now, paste the public address (https://…) of an image that is already online, for example on your website. Email clients load images from that address, so it has to stay reachable.
Which email clients can I use it with?
The Installation section has short guides for Gmail, Outlook on the web and the new Outlook, classic Outlook for Windows, Apple Mail, iPhone, Thunderbird and Seznam (text version). Every client displays HTML a little differently, so the preview lets you switch between Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail rendering. Send yourself a test email before you use it.
Will a ProSignify link be added to my signature?
No, signatures from the generator do not contain any ProSignify link today. If free signatures get a small text link in the future, we will announce it in advance. A signature you have already pasted into your email client does not change.
What does the signature check do?
It is a fixed checklist, not AI: it looks for a missing name or contact, the size limit of Gmail (10,000 characters), images without dimensions or alt text, unsafe links, colours that disappear on a dark background and, for Czech companies, the details required by § 435 of the Civil Code.
