Questions about the generator
Is the generator really free?
Yes. Creating, copying and downloading the signature is free and needs no account. See the pricing page for what is planned after the launch. For companies, the company workspace with a shared template is in a free beta now.
Where is my signature stored?
Without an account, only in this browser (localStorage): nothing is sent to our servers, and if you clear the browser data or switch devices the draft is gone. With a free account you can click “Save to account”; the signature is then stored in your account, saved automatically as you edit, and you can open it on any device under My signatures.
Can I upload my photo or logo?
Not yet, image upload is coming. For now, paste the public address (https://…) of an image that is already online, for example on your website. Email clients load images from that address, so it has to stay reachable.
Which email clients can I use it with?
After copying we show short steps for the new and classic Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web (Microsoft 365), Outlook for Mac, Gmail, Apple Mail, iPhone, Seznam (text version) and Thunderbird (an .htm file). Every client displays HTML a little differently, so the preview can switch between a simulated Gmail, Outlook and iPhone. Send yourself a test email before you use it.
Will a ProSignify link be added to my signature?
Yes, from November 1, 2026. Free signatures created from that day on end with a small text link “Made with ProSignify”. Signatures created earlier do not get it, not even when you copy them again, and a signature you have already pasted into your email client does not change.
What does the signature check do?
It is a fixed checklist, not AI: it looks for a missing name or contact, the size limit of Gmail (10,000 characters), images without dimensions or alt text, unsafe links, colours that disappear on a dark background and, for Czech companies, the details required by § 435 of the Civil Code.
